5-Year Warranty on Your MAXXIS Premium Passenger Car, SUV, and Light Truck Tyres

With our free tyre warranty, you are fully protected in the event of tyre damage, theft, or vandalism. The coverage applies to all MAXXIS passenger car, SUV, and light truck tyres. For motorcycles, the warranty applies to the Supermaxx ST.

Tire Damage – What Now?

Report the damage to your tire dealer or via email at garantie@maxxis.de. Once verified, we’ll send a replacement tire and cover a fixed €15 mounting fee for your dealer.

For vandalism or theft, file a police report and submit the damage report.

Warranty Conditions

Coverage includes puncture damage and vandalism
Minimum remaining tread depth: 4mm for passenger cars / 6mm for light trucks
Warranty registration required within 3 months from the purchase date
Original equipment tires are not covered
We reserve the right to dispatch replacement tires only after receiving your purchase receipt and a photo of the tire’s sidewall.

Please note

The warranty can be registered and claimed only once per invoice.
Replacement is provided exclusively as a tire; no cash reimbursement.
If the required tire is unavailable, we will refund the purchase price.
Delivery includes the current tread pattern of the required tire type.
No mobility guarantee in case of damage.
Valid only for vehicles registered and used within Germany.
Fixed €15 mounting fee covered for your dealer.
